This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do with Tesselith. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, schedule, publish, or store content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence.
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Contains malware, or facilitates fraud, phishing, or scams.
- Promotes illegal goods or services.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Artificially inflating engagement, or operating fake or purchased accounts.
- Circumventing rate limits, quotas, or the terms of connected platforms.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without our written permission.
- Using another person's account or connecting accounts you are not authorized to manage.
3. Respect platform rules
Every network you connect has its own developer and community policies. You are responsible for complying with them. Violations can result in your connected account being restricted by that platform, which is outside our control.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, throttling activity, suspending features, or terminating accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
