Data deletion
Last updated
You can delete your Tesselith data at any time. This page explains how, and lets you check the status of a deletion request started from a connected platform.
Deleting a connected account
Disconnecting a channel in your channel settings immediately removes the stored access tokens along with the posts, scheduling records, and analytics tied to that channel.
You can also revoke access from the platform itself — for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads this is under the app's settings in your Meta account. When you do, the platform notifies us and we delete the same data automatically, then issue a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Deleting your entire account
Deleting your Tesselith account removes every workspace you own, together with all connected channels, drafts, scheduled and published post records, media, and analytics. This cannot be undone.
To request it, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What we keep, and why
We retain billing and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted. These contain transaction details only — never your connected-account tokens or your content. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
