How to connect Claude Cowork to Tesselith
Let Claude Cowork plan and schedule your social posts as part of longer tasks, using Tesselith as a custom connector. Claude Cowork talks to Tesselith’s MCP server, so it can draft, queue and schedule posts on every channel you’ve connected. Keep a human in the loop: publishing now and deleting always ask for your confirmation.
What do I need before connecting?
You need Claude with Cowork and a Tesselith workspace on Pro, Team or Agency (every new workspace starts with a 14-day Pro trial) with at least one channel connected. Cowork uses the same account connectors as claude.ai; servers from a local claude_desktop_config.json aren't available in Cowork.

How do I connect Claude Cowork to Tesselith, step by step?
1. Add Tesselith as a custom connector
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, click + Add, choose Add custom connector, name it Tesselith and paste the URL. Keep the recommended authentication settings and click Add.
2. Connect and approve
Click Connect. A Tesselith window opens. Sign in, pick the workspace, untick anything you don't want the agent to do, and click Allow access. For autonomous work, consider unticking delete permissions.
3. Decide what Cowork may do unattended
Cowork can run many steps in a row. Keep approval on for publish_now, delete_post and schedule_post, and avoid Allow always for them, so anything public waits for you.
4. Give Cowork a task
Describe the outcome, not the clicks: a week of posts from a document, a recap of last week's queue, or drafts for every channel. Review the drafts in Tesselith before they're queued.
What can Claude Cowork do in Tesselith?
The server at https://api.tesselith.com/mcp exposes these tools. Claude Cowork only gets the permissions you approve, and never more than your own role.
Why is Claude Cowork not working with Tesselith?
Almost every failure is one of these. Tesselith returns a readable error, so asking Claude Cowork“what went wrong?” usually points at the right row.
